The Legacy Crisis Path
The most critical season in the life of a leader.
This is the part of the journey where a leader experiences a personal or professional crisis. It’s also when the accumulation from life and leadership -- the relational conflicts, a prolonged illness, betrayal from family or friends, unusual amounts of grief or loss— all start to mount up and take their toll.
This season can either make or break a leader.
It's also the place on the legacy leadership path where many leaders get stuck, end up in a ditch, or some even drive over a cliff.
